21G.111 (Chinese calligraphy) features a number of projects as part of the hands-on teaching philosophy of the class. Projects explore the etymology of Chinese characters (汉字 hànzì) and the historical significance of Chinese calligraphy, and, of course, provide students with an opportunity to practice their newly acquired skills.
